The sun blazed down on Foosha Village’s little hill. At the top, two boys stood dramatically with their chests puffed out.
Straw Jr., a tiny version of Luffy, adjusted his oversized straw hat that kept slipping over his eyes.
Beside him stood Roro, clutching three wooden swords—two tucked in his waistband, one in his mouth. He tried to look cool but was drooling from the effort.
“Roro, from today onward,” Straw Jr. announced, “we’re not just kids. We’re PIRATES!”
Roro spat out his toy sword.
“Yeah, but where’s our ship?”
Straw Jr. pointed proudly to… a giant empty barrel they had stolen from the tavern.
“Our ship is this! The Barrel-Mary!”
Roro squinted.
“That’s not a ship. That’s firewood.”
Before they could argue, Straw Jr. shoved Roro inside, jumped in himself, and the barrel tumbled downhill.
“Adventure awaits!” Straw Jr. yelled as the barrel bounced.
“Adventure HURTS!” Roro screamed as his head smacked the sides.
The barrel smashed through chickens, villagers, and finally splashed straight into the sea. Instead of sailing… it spun like a washing machine.
Inside, Straw Jr. grinned.
“See? We’re pirates now!”
Roro groaned, dizzy.
“If this is piracy… I want to retire.”
The barrel drifted further, spinning, with both boys yelling nonsense. Villagers shook their heads.
“Those two will sink before sundown…”
But the boys, undeterred, shouted together:
“We’ll be the greatest Pirate Club in history!”
